• Information needed to quote, supply, install or support a product, such as billing details and site contact information.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider may record standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps, for security and troubleshooting. We do not currently run advertising or behavioural tracking on this website.

3. Cookies and third-party resources

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The fonts used on the site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. Google may receive your IP address and browser information as part of that request. Refer to Google's privacy policy for details.

If we add analytics or other third-party tools in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

Our contact form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service. When you submit the form, your entries are transmitted through that service to our email address. This may involve processing outside South Africa. If you prefer not to use the form, you can email or call us directly using the details above.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Service providers who help us operate our business, such as hosting, email, form delivery and payment providers, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
